Islamabad, January 09, 2022 (PPI-OT):Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar has announced to form a seven-member committee for inquiry into the tragic incident of Murree. Chairing a high-level meeting at Gharial in Murree he announced that a committee headed by Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Punjab will submit its report in seven days.
Action will be taken against those responsible for the negligence in light of the inquiry committee’s report. He also announced to provide compensations to the families of those tourists who died in the in the tragic incident. Chief Minister expressed his displeasure over entry of more vehicles than capacity in Murree.
