Lahore, December 25, 2021 (PPI-OT):Inspector General of Police Punjab Rao Sardar Ali Khan said that Christian employees serving in Punjab Police are a valuable asset of the department. He said that Christian brothers have served remarkably in every section of society and their distinguished in maintaining peace and development of country do not need any introduction.

IG Punjab said that the white colour in Pakistani flag guarantees the protection of the rights of minorities and Punjab Police are utilizing all its resources for this purpose. On the eve of Christmas, Punjab Police equally share the joys of its Christian brothers. He expressed these views while addressing a special ceremony in honour of Christian employees on the eve of Christmas at Central Police Office today.

IG Punjab along with Christian employees working in Central Police Office shared Christmas cake and distributed Eidi among Christian employees. Other officers including DIG Operations Punjab, AIG Admin were also present on the occasion. IG Punjab directed all RPOs and DPOs of the province to hold ceremonies in honour of Christian employees in their respective regions and districts as well.
