Pakistan is rich with youth bulge: President 

Islamabad, February 16, 2022 (PPI-OT):President Dr Arif Alvi has said that with the economy moving on the right track and good international positioning, Pakistan today is in the best position comparing the past decades. In an interview with a private TV channel, he said the course is good whether it is economy, national solidarity or international positioning. The President said Pakistan is rich with youth bulge and if imparted education and skill training timely, they will start reflecting their impact within four to five years.

He said this year, farmers got additional over one trillion rupees and textile sector also earned around 900 billion rupees despite COVID pandemic. Dr Arif Alvi said Pakistan was also impacted by the worldwide inflation thus facing issues as had been faced by any other developing country.

To a question, the President said that Pakistan wanted all states to join China Pakistan Economic Corridor besides desiring peace with all the nations including India. He said that in fact India did not want to resolve the Kashmir dispute based on the principles and Pakistan wanted the international community to pressurize India to stop genocide of Muslims.
