Amravati, March 09, 2022 (PPI-OT):A local Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader, Kona Venkata Rao, committed suicide after alleging that he was harassed by the local Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and the local police in Srikakulam district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The incident took place in Pothangi village in the district. Rao’s wife, Krishnaveni, and relatives said that the police were harassing him after he made a certain post on social media, questioning the ruling party.
