Islamabad, January 10, 2022 (PPI-OT):The government has decided to establish Ehsaas Nashonuma Centers in all tehsils of the country this year to address stunting in children. This was stated by Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Protection, Dr. Sania Nishtar, while opening an Ehsaas Nashonuma Center at District Headquarters Hospital Khanewal. She said under the Ehsaas Nashonuma scheme, nutrition centered cash transfers are granted to pregnant and lactating mothers and those with children under two years of age.
