Quaid-e-Azam considered Pakistan incomplete without Kashmir

Islamabad, December 25, 2021 (PPI-OT):The Founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, made concerted efforts to get Kashmir liberated from India’s illegal occupation because he considered Pakistan incomplete without Jammu and Kashmir.

A report released by Kashmir Media Service on his birth anniversary, today, said that his commitment with the people of Kashmir was indefatigable. It was his foresight that he felt the importance and significance of Kashmir for Pakistanis as well as for Kashmiris. He vociferously condemned the Indian aggression on Kashmir by looking at the miserable conditions of Kashmiris even when there was no one else paying heed to their hues and cries, the report added.

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had rightly declared Kashmir as Pakistan’s jugular vein and was determined to go to any extent for freedom of Kashmir, the report maintained.

He supported the Kashmiris’ cause even before Pakistan’s independence and had correctly pointed out that Muslims needed a separate state to secure their future in the sub-continent, it stressed. The report maintained that the revocation of Article 370 has once again proved that Muslims needed a separate state in the sub-continent.

In view of strong religious, historic and cultural bonds Kashmiris should have become part of Pakistan, the report said and added that their freedom from Indian bondage is based on the Two-Nation Theory, which has now been endorsed by the brutal policies of fascist Modi-led India.

Transporters up in arms over fascist Modi’s brutal tactics

Srinagar, December 25, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, transporters including owners of private vehicles and taxi drivers staged protests against the illegal seizure of their vehicles by Indian traffic police calling it a deliberate attempt by the Modi-led fascist Indian government to cripple the Kashmiri transporters economically.

The transporters held one such protest at Press Enclave in Srinagar and raised slogans in support of their demands. The protesting drivers said that hundreds of vehicles transporting passengers from various parts of north Kashmir into Srinagar city are seized unnecessarily by the Traffic Police Department.

“The police seize vehicles at different places like Shaltang, Tangpora, and JVC without any reason,” they complained.

The transporters said that the vehicles were seized illegally because no paperwork had been completed. “They don’t offer us any seizure documents or challans. When we go to the court to get our vehicle released, they ask for seizure documents”, they added.

The transporters said that their vehicles had been taken despite the fact that they had permission to drive on the roads, and that they were unnecessarily harassed. “If they want to change our routes why don’t they announce it,” the drivers asked.

IIOJK is a big jail, its inmates live a life worse than convicted criminals: APHC

Srinagar, December 25, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has strongly condemned the upsurge in cordon and search operations during the cold nights and days to suppress the freedom sentiments of the people of the territory.

The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar lashing out at the Indian occupation forces for their inhuman behaviour towards the besieged people during the military operations described the occupied territory as a big jail where its inmates are forced to live a life worse than the life of convicted criminals. He said that even the prisoners of war avail the facilities in accordance with the International law but the people of Kashmir besieged by more than one million occupation forces of India are forced to live a hellish life under the shadow of an undeclared war against them by New Delhi.

The spokesman denounced the suppressive and oppressive measures by India to impose its Hindutua agenda, change the demography of the Muslim majority territory and do away with the ongoing resistance movement. He said that these farcical and theoretical gimmicks tried by India have miserably failed in Kashmir.

“The invincible and unwavering valour and pledge of the freedom loving people of Kashmir have time and again defeated the Indian military arrogance,” maintained the spokesman. Killing the people with impunity, arresting, torturing, maiming and humiliating them for their inalienable and legitimate right to self-determination have proved an exercise in futility for India. He added.

The spokesman urged India to shun its stubbornness and accept the ground realities pertaining to the Kashmir dispute. He condemned the authorities for not allowing the Muslims to offer Friday prayers at Jamia Musjid Srinagar since 5th of August 2019 and termed it a brazen violation of religious rights of the Muslims. The spokesman strongly condemned the continued house arrest of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and termed it as a sheer interference and violation of religious matters and rights. The APHC spokesman urged the United Nations Secretary General to impress upon India to stop genocide in Kashmir and allow a free and fair plebiscite in the territory in accordance with the United Nations Security Council resolutions.

Srinagar, December 25, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders and organizations have congratulated Pakistani government and its people on the 145th birth anniversary of the Founder of Pakistan, Quiad-e-Azam, being celebrated today.

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference while paying rich tributes to the Quad-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the he was a great visionary politician and a jurist of par excellence who had immense deep love for Kashmir.

Molvi Bashir Ahmad Irfani, Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement said that Quiad-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a great personality under whose leadership Muslims of South Asia ensured the struggle for a separate ideological country for themselves. He said that Quaid-e-Azam was in favor of complete freedom of Kashmir and its annexation with Pakistan. He believed that without Kashmir, Pakistan was ideologically incomplete. He said that the Kashmiri people had not accepted Indian domination since the establishment of Pakistan. “They firmly believe that their sacrifices will pay off and India will be forced to give Kashmiris their rights, one day,” he added.

Khawaja Firdous, Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Political Movement said that Quaid-e-Azam had created a separate country for Muslims on the basis of two-nation ideology in the Indian subcontinent. He said that time has proved that Quaid-e-Azam was correct. He had a strong attachment to Kashmir, the Hurriyat leader said and added that the best way to pay homage to the Quaid is to continue his mission i.e. freedom of occupied Kashmir from the oppressive clutches of India.

Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami said that the Founder of Pakistan had declared Kashmir as the lifeline of Pakistan. The TWI said that the extreme hatred and enmity of Hindus against Muslims forced Quaid-i-Azam to eventually demand a separate country for the Muslims of the subcontinent. It said that under the enthusiastic leadership of Quaid-e-Azam, the Muslims of the subcontinent had succeeded in securing a separate homeland in the name of Pakistan in a short span of time. Jammu Kashmir Political Resistance Movement (JKPRM) said that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah said that the brutal policies targeting Muslims in India and Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, pursued by successive Indian governments in general, and the incumbent Modi-led fascist regime, in particular, have proved that the Muslims of the Subcontinent were justified in demanding a separate homeland for themselves in 1947.

Syed Faiz Naqshbandi, Convener of AJK chapter of Mirwai Hurriyat forum, in a statement in Islamabad said the Quiad-e-Azam was truly a visionary, dynamic and highly disciplined political personality, who is a role model for every Muslim.
